School may have been out for summer, but now that everyone’s back on the Grounds we’re excited to announce the opening of Hoos UP, a UVA themed pop-up bar at Rooftop Charlottesville. Perched above The Doyle Hotel (formerly Quirk) in the Starr Hill neighborhood – smack between the Downtown Mall and The Corner – this is an over-the-top University of Virginia experience you won’t want to miss. Featuring Cavalier cocktails and lawn life libations inspired by some of UVA’s most beloved alumni, C’ville rockstars, and of course, Mr. Jefferson (and his founding-fathers-friends), there’s something for everyone.
